Which one has better support if my eSIM will not connect?
Saily. Its support answers faster and its app is clearer about what to do when a profile fails to activate, which is the only moment support really counts. Nomad is slower and its app is functional rather than helpful. If you have installed eSIMs before and can find the data roaming toggle yourself, that difference costs you very little.
Do Saily and Nomad cover the same countries?
