Privacy policy

eSIMShortlist (part of Orai Media) respects your privacy and handles personal data carefully, in line with applicable privacy laws including the GDPR. This page explains what data we process and why. The controller for this site is Orai Media, Loenen aan de Vecht, the Netherlands (KvK 80982603).

What data we process

• Visit statistics: we use privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Analytics) to see how the site is used. No personal profiles are built.
• Newsletter: if you subscribe, we store your email address solely to send you the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Clicks to providers: when you follow a link to a provider, we count that click. We record the date, which product was clicked, the page you clicked it on, whether the click looks like a real visit or an automated one and, if you arrived through a link from an AI assistant, which one. We do not store your IP address.

Cookies and affiliate links

eSIMShortlist does not use its own tracking cookies for advertising. The site does contain affiliate links. If you click one, the provider may set a cookie to register that you came through us, so they know who any commission belongs to. We have no control over those cookies or the provider's privacy policy; please refer to their own privacy statements.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties, except where necessary to run the site (such as our hosting and analytics partners) or where the law requires us to.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. If you subscribed to the newsletter, you can unsubscribe directly via the link at the bottom of every email, after which we remove your email address from our list. Requests about your data go to info@esimshortlist.com.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The most current version is always on this page, with the date of the last change at the top.
